PreHeat 2012 will be April 13 - 15
PreHeat is the Florida Regional
Burn and an official fundraiser for
Burnt Oranges Inc., a 501c3
nonprofit whose mission is to support Interactive Artists and promote
art education.
PreHeat is held each April at
Maddox Ranch in Lakeland, FL.
Entry will ONLY be permitted during
gate hours. You WILL be turned away if you arrive when the gates are
closed.
If you have not arrived by 8PM on Saturday your
invitation is VOID and
you will be turned away unless you have made prior arrangements
for a late arrival. If you think you will not arrive by 8PM on Saturday
you MUST call or text Storm or Tama by 8PM on Saturday to make
arrangements for your late arrival.
We must respect the land owners and
their neighbors, so there will be sound limits and quiet hours. Please review the official
Sound Policy under Event Information.
PARTICIPATION.
Without it PreHeat is nothing more than an empty field (Seriously!
Inadequate volunteer staff = NO insurance = NO event!). Without Theme
Camps and Art there would be no event that you want to attend...would
you buy an invite just to camp in a cow field with a bunch of hippies
drinking PBR? Volunteering is your opportunity to be a
part of the creation of PreHeat from the dust up. So get involved,
make friends, and most of all, have fun!
Once you have your invitation or reservation,
please visit the
spreadsheet to sign up for Volunteer
shifts during the Event or contact
volunteer@floridapreheat.com to sign up
for Pre or Post event positions.
As of May 1 we will only be posting updates regarding our events
on the Burnt Oranges mailing list, Twitter, our official
websites, and the Burnt Oranges FB and Yahoo pages.

Thursday: 12noon - 9pm – you MUST be PRE-APPROVED
Friday: 12noon – 12midnight
Saturday: 9am – 8pm
