Invitations and Donations

PreHeat 2010 will begin taking donations for invitations on January 17th. Invitations are currently on sale for Mandarin members. Check out Burnt Oranges Inc. for information on membership. View the current event budget (this is an old budget, I will get an updated budget up after the new year).

Invitations will be sold in tiers according to the following schedule. (Note: the increase in invite costs is due to the need for additional infrastructure that is needed as a result of the dramatic growth of the event.)

Tier 1 $40.00	Limited to 250 invites or 2/15
Tier 2 $45.00	Limited to 200 invites or 3/15
Tier 3 $55	Limited to 4/5 or once attendance cap of 600 is reached
Tier 4 $65	Only available if attendance cap has not not been reached or 4/13

Invitation Policy

THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO, NONE, NADA, GATE SALES. PERIOD.

ALL INVITE SALES END AT MIDNIGHT APRIL 13TH!!

No invite, No entry, No joke. You will be turned away at the gate. You cannot gain admittance by volunteering.

Donations are non-refundable.

Currently Invites are available to the general Participant population on a first-come-first-serve basis. However, in the future when demand for invites increases beyond the event's capacity a distribution policy will be put into effect. Read and comment on this future policy.
